The proxy is waiting for a new session

Hi Everyone ,

 

We are getting below error after upgrade to Feb 2023. This error occur only while opening of hub. The QMC is working fine. 

"The proxy is waiting for a new session " . 

All ports are open and the antivirus is also disabled. We noticed that lot of logs are not created. Log folders like Broker service , converterservice and so on.

We deleted the certificate and recreated it again.

Appreciate if any one can support on the same.

HiDeepakdk, I would suggest setting the TLS setting using the IIS Crypto Tool to best practice.

Hi Alan,

 

we have tried all this but still facing issue for my suprise even though the upgrade was successful there are log folders missing in the log folder.
