Hello Community,

Qlik sense  enterprise 

OS: Windows 2019 server

Cannot access Qlik sense Hub  and error is " the proxy is waiting for a new session"

QMC access is OK

What is the Qlik Sense version ? Was it working before ?

Hello MehdiFaleh,

- As it was working before, what has changed since then?

- If you start IIScrypto.exe (https://www.nartac.com/Products/IISCrypto/Download) what is your configuration ?
 

- Do you see the Qlik Sense certificates if you go to the MMC console ?

- Do you have below ports opened, can you double check ?

Hello @Benoit_C 

now its working i ve checked the windows updates and the latest software installation and have found that i have installed the HFSQL database server it uses the same port as proxy (4900) now i ve changed the port in the hfsql database server and its working
