When I try to log into https://qliksupport.force.com/, I get the following error "We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.". Can someone help in resolving this please? I'm trying to log in to seek support for installation of Qlik Sense Enterprise on our server, we got a few tokens a couple of months ago.

I'm experiencing a different issue. When logging in I get this message "Could not logon to Heroku".
I use the same UID and PWD on the Community or Qlik sites and they work fine.
As a work around, I logged into the Qlik Site, used the Qlik Support link to redirect and then clicked on the Login button. Without providing any additional credentials I was authenticated and recognized.
