Unable to publish Qlik Sense Dashboard created in Qlik Sense Environment (HUB)

I have created a dashboard in Qlik Sense Environment and Its working properly on my machine. I want to generate a URL for Users who can access this from his/her desktop/laptop using specific URL. Can anyone have idea how we can do this?

You need publish application. after the publication of the application will be available to users in accordance with security rules. You can find more info in help.qlik.com
