Unexpected Task Reload Failures for tasks on an hourly schedule - Engine Error: App Not Found
We are experiencing unexpected task reload failures of some apps that are on an hourly reload schedule. The failure is typically happening 1-3 times today, and then running as normal the rest of the time. The failure is happening in the engine, not the script and the error message is "App Not Found" with a description "Command=Open app;Result=1003;ResultText=Warning: App not found". This error is consistently happening with one app in our environment, usually in an early am reload and the error happens on most days. However, it occasionally happens to other apps and at other times throughout the day and not limited to only hourly schedules. This error is generally happening at a time when resource consumption in our environment is low and there isn't much competing activity. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have advice about what the root cause could be?
