Updating an application by another user

Good afternoon,

I work in a company where I created a dashboard on Qlik sense for another area, but the staff in that area can not update the application.

The application data is an Excel file. this document has been updated with a new information but when they try to update the application they receive a message of error. It is working fine when i updated it in my computer.
