Given Qlik Sense Enterprise's design around self-service there is no concept of a .Shared file. Inside of Qlik Sense, like with QlikView, there is a app file. But inside of Qlik Sense, user contributed content is saved in the same application file with the state of the object (published vs. approved) being stored in the underlying Repository Database.
For the scenario that you're trying to debug, I would personally encourage using the Qlik Sense Telemetry Dashboard to help determine what is contributing to poor performance. The dashboard does unfortunately require an installer due to the way in which we need to gather some meta-data but it overall a fairly robust offering.
