Hi all,
I cannot access any apps after upgrading the version from 2020 Apr to 2022 May.
Before I upgraded the version I was able to access all apps.
But now I cannot.
I am sure that I allocated the licenses properly and tried to clear cookies & history.
I also have tried to deallocate and reallocate the user (user name: administrator), but it still doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?

Kindly notice that when upgrading config files are overwritten, if having a proxy and was added previously on the config files, now it won't be there anymore. Hence, you would need to add such setting again to ensure connectivity to internet.

Yes, when I was re-applying the SLK, I found the internet connectivity did not work and I referred to https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Testing-connection-to-license-qlikcloud-com-should-return-HT... and then finally can re-apply SLK.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I did the following
1. re-applied the SLK
2. deallocate the user
3. re-allocate the user
And then finally can open the apps without error.
