am getting user directory connector is not operational error

when creating users by active directory in qlik sense management console.same error is encountering when creating users with excel file

am attaching the error message file please see once

Have you configured the connection to your AD in Connection tab?

no i didn't fill that connection phase,can you explain me the fields values. i am not getting any sample values .please

Basicaly you must to know your Active Directorymconection string like:

ldap://nameofyourdomain.local  ,and use an domain account and passward to authenticate

Or you can insert your machine in an domain before the installation of Qlik Sense, so you will not necessary to configure this.
