cant see task - when creating - task event trigger

Hello 

user tries to create a new task  on event trigger and he cant see the the preceding task he wants to relate

how can I solve this?

Is this QlikSense on Windows or QlikSense Cloud?

Can the user see that task in the "regular" task list? Is it the same for a root admin?

yes, the the user can see tasks on thwe "regular" task list, 

also other tasks for this trigger 

but not one specific 

the user also have or suppose to have rulles as other user and the other user have access to reate a new task  on event trigger over the same task
