help! my upgrade failed

If you need direct assistance, contact Qlik Support and create a case. Be sure to provide the installation logs and the versions you are upgrading from and upgrading to.

As mentioned in the other post I would go to C:\Users\<youruser>\AppData\Local\Temp and check the installer log files. The latest log that does not have the rollback reference will be the one from the component that failed

+> check from 7:26 minute.
Then check on this log for "value 3".
It will show you the error that triggered the failure.
The next step when you are there would be to check our Knowledge base and community see if it is documented.
