There are more recent version available (3.1.3) as of today.

I am usually using the official download site (you need to be registered on Qlik.com): Try or Buy

There is no trail version.

You could get a temporary license, but for that you have to have a call with a Qlik Sales representative. Contact your local Qlik office and see what you can work out.
