Changing order of plan steps

Hi.

I have a plan with various steps in the Management Console.  I wish to change the order of the steps but cannot see anywhere to do this.  Can this even be done? 

i.e. I need the Step highlighted in the image below moving to where the arrow is pointing.

If not, it's a real downside, as it means you have to re-create or alter all existing steps in order to insert another step anywhere other than at the end of a plan.

Hopefully I'm wrong and it can be done.

there is for now no such mechanism, and it's been already requested as new feature:

Please add a comment on this new feature if you have some particular cases or would like to push this request.

It is candidate but is not considered for any release for now.
