Hi,
Every 3 - 6 or so hours, TMC loses the ability to Deploy and Run jobs. If we restart the server that the remote engine is on, TMC can do it again.
The engine is available.
If a job is already running, it continues to run no problem.
If a job is already running, and we decide to terminate it, TMC is able to terminate the job.
If we try to run a job, it gets stuck on pending -
Waiting for an available engine
Turning the engine service on and off does NOT fix the issue, only restarting the whole machine does.
We can see the request from the firewall come through successfully to the right machine. Then immediately after, the connection is reset.
The logs do not mention anything about not being able to hit TMC
Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this issue?
