download all jar files into single package

Hello Team,

I want to download all external jar files into a single package as i am working on a restricted environment where interenet access is limited. Can you please let us know if we can download all jars package from any portal as a single files.

Or can we get the domains which we can enable based on the request. so that i will be able to download these jar files from Talend application.
