Hi Team, We have a requirement to convert Ab initio Graph to Talend Job using some Automation process and no manual intervention. Any idea you can share how this can be automated ? Hi, Are you using openstudio or subscription license? The subscription license comes with metabridge where you can convert informatica and datastage jobs to talend jobs. Best regards Sabrina

In short, get someone who understands both (or understands Talend, then give them your requirements) and build the jobs you require. Even if you have the enterprise edition, you would likely want to tweak the jobs that are imported from one system to another. There really isn't any substitute to knowing the tool or paying for someone who knows the tool I am afraid.

think about tasks not like - we have this steps and functions in Source systems, but - we have 1,2,3 business tasks and this task must be not technical details, but real - business needs.
Like:
we need fetch all accounts from source which was changed today
we need lookup billing system for fresh information for this accounts
our source system is MS SQL based software
out billing made on AS400 (DB2)
operations must be done daily + hourly
etc
but never
we need create java function which link account number with card number from billing with input parameters ...
or we have this set of steps in original tools, we need repeat all of them
than any specialist in Talend (any other system) could transform Your real needs into steps related for selected tools
