Check the mask file by comparing it's name with a table

I browse a file list (from sftp) to integrate it into a table. I want to check the file if it has already been loaded by comparing its name with a table that contains the list of all the files loaded

Do you already have a base for this job? By that I mean, are you already able to collect a list of file names from your sftp location? If you are, can you post a screenshot and we can talk you through the next steps.

I miss only loading the files have loaded before (those set in a table) cad add the filter that I don't know how i will do it
