Getting Insufficient memory error

While running the job

I'm getting the below memory error in studio. How to resolve this one. Could anyone guide me on this.

Hello,

Are your Xmx and Xms parameters set with sufficient amount of memory?

To gain in performance at runtime and when launching the Studio, you can edit the memory settings in the .ini file corresponding to your OS.

Could you please give us a little bit more information about your current situation?

Are you getting this issue when running a job on Talend Studio? What does your job look like? Is it a big input source?
