How to see all context parameter for all Talend jobs

One of our passwords got leaked and we have to change it for all of our jobs, it was a service account. I was wondering what way can I go through all of the Talend jobs context parameters to see a list of how many jobs use this value? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the context are managed over repository then not need to check every job. If not then manual process needs to be done.

Hi @Harjot Toor,

To see the list of all jobs that use this context group.

You can modify the values of the context parameters set in Talend Studio for a specific Job directly from Talend Administration Center and execute the Job without the need to regenerate it.

To set new values for context parameters:

Procedure

  1. In the upper half of the Job Conductor page, select the task for which you want to modify the context values.
  2. In the lower half of the Job Conductor page, click Context parameters to display the corresponding view.

Example

The context parameters you defined in Talend Studio for the selected task are displayed on the list in the Context parameter column along with their original values in the Original value column, and are ediable icon in the Custom value column.

Click in the white space of a Custom value cell and set the new value for the corresponding context parameter.

Kind regards,

Hello,

Could you clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?

This feature is available in talend subscription not open source.

Best regards

Sabrina
