Receiving HL7 messages using the HL7 Lower Layer Protocol (LLP)

Hi,
Although Talend has the tHL7Input/Output components I'm wondering if anyone has used these in conjunction with the HL7 Lower Layer Protocol (LLP) to receive the files. Seems that LLP is essentially TCP/IP so if someone has developed a TCP/IP listener then perhaps this scenario can be implemented.
Any thoughts/direction appreciated.

I don't know exactly if you ask for direct Talend reciever component, but HL7 Lower Layer Protocol schema is implemented as part of Apache Camel where it is pointed as MLLP instead of LLP, but it's still just another synonym for the same thing MLLP just stand as Minimal Lower Layer Protocol.
