I have a little code routine that I’m using in a certain job. So I made a change in the code routine, so question.. How will TMC get the change? There is no publish to cloud option on the code routine.

As for on-premise, you don't have to deploy routine, it comes when you deploy thé job/services uning it.

Okay thanks. Also, so if I have a parent job that calls child jobs, anytime a child job changes I also have to publish the parent job correct? Even if technically the parent job did not change.
