TAC User Libraries Connection Unreachable

Hi guys,

currently i have problem with tac configuration after installing it in my new dev server

is this major issue ? can i have any solution for this problem

Are you able to access Nexus server on browser from the same machine where your new TAC is installed?

in my case, is it 192.168.71.172:8081/nexus ?

Change Library location URL to:
http://192.168.71.172:8081

Try the same URL on browser.

Go to check:
1. Make sure the Nexus server is running, you are able to access http://localhost:8081 on browser from local machine where Nexus server is installed and running.
2. On TAC machine, execute the following command to check if you are able to access the port 8081 on remote machine.
...>telnet 192.168.71.172 8081

the client install the tac on linux, and they said they cant open the browser

There may be two causes:
1. The Nexus server is not running.
2. There is a connectivity issue between the two machines.
Please open a ticket on Talend Support Portal, our colleague will check the products installations and assist you further.

My client wanna try to reinstall the nexus
Are we just reinstall the whole things? Both tac and nexus, or can we just reinstall the nexus?
