Talend 6.3 Big Data edition, External jar not downloadable

Hi Team, we are using Talend 6.3 Big data edition... Most the component's external jar is not downloadable from the studio. Download button is grayed out.I've added "talend-update.talend.com:443" in the network connection.. still the same issue..

 

 

PLease let me know if you need any further details to resolve this issue....

And I can access"talend-update.talend.com" from browser...

 

Note: Talend is installed on VDI machine

OS --Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops

Java version

C:\Users\ >java -version

Do you use a proxy for your browser? This will likely be the cause for this. Set up the proxy in your "Proxy bypass" section of your "Network Connections" screen.

yes..added "talend-update.talend.com:443" in the network connection

That won't be your proxy server if you have one. I am talking about a proxy that your browser is required to use in order for you to access the internet.
