Talend showing Hex code in query editor

Talend is showing query in hex codes in query editor. All the other places, the text are shown normally.

Please provide the following information for us to be more better evaluate the issue:

- Operating System (such as Windows 10, 64 bit)

- Java version (such as Oracle JDK build 1.8.0_201)

- Studio Build version(such as Version: 7.3.1)

• OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1
• Java Version: JDK 1.8.0_301. Also tried Open JDK, Still facing same issue.
• Studio Version: 6.3.1

Hello,

Talend open studio V 6.3.1 is a very old version and in this installation documentation about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Operating Systems for V 7.3.1, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is supported officially.

We are supposing that talend V 6.3.1 is not compatible with your Ubuntu 20.04.1.

Could you please take a try on V 7.3.1 to see if this issue still reproduce?

According to this installation documentation about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Operating Systems for V 7.3.1, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is supported officially.

In the documentation we provide a list of operating systems that are supported, in the sense that we do provide an SLA and technical support for them. This doesn't mean other (non-listed) operating systems will not work but simply we won't necessarily be equipped to help you with any issue you may face with them.
