Test if ftp directory is empty

is there a way to test if a directory is empty or does not exist on a ftp server with tFTPFileList and iterate to the next one in this case ?

Here is a component TalendHelpCenter:tFTPFileExist which allows you to check if a file exists on an FTP server.
