log server issue

Folks - while I am starting the log server I am facing the below issue. can anyone assist me here?

[talenduser@ip logserv]$ pwd
/mnt/opt/Talend-7.3.1/logserv
[talenduser@ip logserv]$ ./start_logserver.sh
