problem with accented character with tmssqlOutputBulkExec

Hello team,

i have serious problem with tmssqlOutputBulkExec when record contain character. So when i use a classic component tmssqlouput, i have no problem in the table.my file which used  in component bulk is encoding utf-8. i search where this problem come from but i don't find.

anybody can help me to resolve this problem. i use bulk because it very faster than tmssqlouput,
