Hi
Have you tried to use S3 client such as S3 browser to access S3? Does it work? If you need to configure proxy in your network, go to Windows -> preferences-> talend->proxy setup and configure proxy or check if it is correct. If you still have the same error then pls check region and bucket you are connecting.
Regards
Shong
Hi @shong ,
Some strange thing happened, the above error I was getting from my citrix VDI having 6.4 Talend version, but on using the same access key in my local desktop having 7.2.1 Talend studio, it worked fine.
Is there some version issue or in my citrix VDI ?
Do you know any thing about this?
okay, thankyou
Hello @prakhar dubey ,
Were you able to find solution for your problem? I am facing the same one.
Best regards
Marta
Hi @Marta Snietura , sorry for very later response, I get it solved using the proxy connection and better is doing the IP whitelisting
