30 Mile radius from lat and long

Hi, 

I have lat and long data.How can I add a Radius option ?

Ex:If I am in a city and I can turn on the 30 mile Radius bubbles ?

Is there any example for this ?

To create 30 mile radius bubbles, use TravelAreas and transportation mode Bird.
