what I am trying to achieve: I have address data (Street, Zip, Country) and want to receive Lat/Lon point information so that I can plot these addresses on a map.
Solution: The AddressPointLookup should deliver just that.
Problem: The online help states this: "This operation is licensed separately and then only available in the cloud service." I struggle to understand what this means. I use Qlik Sense desktop and have a license that should allow the maximum GeoAnalytics feature set. (Not sure where I can review that this correct license is applied though). Using Qlik Sense Desktop I go to the script editor and create a new connection with the "Qlik GeoAnalytics Connector".
Then I "select data" and a dialogue opens.
In the dialogue the operator "AddressPointLookup" is missing (see screenshot).
Where do I go wrong that I do not get this option?
