Analytics/Dashboard

Hello,

We are using SpheraCloud - Analytics, to create dashboards and reports/charts monthly. Our reports from April and May are not appearing anymore on the dashboard.

We contacted Sphera customer service but they are unable to help. They advised the issue is with the self-service report that the end-user has created. 

Can you advise, please?

Can you please clarify, which product is here affected? Qlik Sense, View, GeoAnalytics? or SaaS? can you provide more details, it is hard to understand your underline issue and which product is affected?
