Error received from Qlik GeoAnalytics server

Hi.

Our task to retrieve data from the Qlik GeoAnalytics server started failing this weekend, and I don’t know why. The error we receive on our end is:

I don’t know what this means, and I’ve attached the full task log to this email. It was working fine until this past weekend, and I don’t think anything has changed. As a test, I just sent a single record to be geocoded (one that we have done before), and it failed with the same error.

I also think this same error happened a couple of weeks ago but resolved itself on the same day. Also, I don’t believe anything has changed in our infrastructure. Yesterday, our IT Director whitelisted the Qlik site being contacted by the API to ensure there wasn’t something in our firewall blocking the connection, but I still receive the same error.
