Geo Analytics Base

Hi,

I'd like to know what are the Geo Analytics Base cover?

I have this pdf that show the features available(here), but I'd like to know if the first column  is the Geo Analytics Base or the GA Base is the basic map that available in the QS?

Thanks.

Hi,

The native map chart of Qlik Sense has almost all the map visualizations of Qlik GeoAnalytics, as of today (June 2019) perhaps custom tooltips is the only gap. For detailed feature information use the documentation to compare the native map chart in Qlik Sense: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Visualizations/Map/Map.h... with Qlik GeoAnalytics: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/geoanalytics/Content/Qlik_GeoAnalytics/Home.htm

Qlik GeoAnalytics is also all the geospatial functions, packaged in the QGA connector  https://help.qlik.com/en-US/geoanalytics/Content/Qlik_GeoAnalytics/GeoAnalytics-Connector/GeoAnalyti...

The QGA connector comes only with QGA Base or Enterprise. Base runs towards Qlik cloud and Enterprise is the on-premise offering. For more details see the "License Metrics for Qlik Value Add Products" at https://www.qlik.com/us/legal/product-terms that describes well the difference between QGA Base and QGA Enterprise.

QGA Plus is a separate install included in QGA Base. QGA Plus is a mini version of the server without routing and lookup database, route operations are performed by Qlik cloud.

Thanks,

Patric

I think that this is too old to be relevant (Jan 17).

So at that time it was the GeoAnalytics base license, not the base maps available today.

At that time, the base maps did not offer the layers they do today.

Do you have a specific question about capabilities ?

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the info. Do you have the documentation that show the difference features available/not available for the Geo Analytics products? Including the GA Base.

Because I'd like to know the features that available for the GA Base and how it differ from the GA, GA Plus etc.

Thanks.
