Geo Connector does not go to next screen

I'm new to GeoAnalytics.  I'm trying to use the wizard to create a load script, but after I fill it in (under "Step 1 - Selection Operation") and click the Next button, nothing happens. Only the Cancel button works.

I have the license for GeoAnalytics. Using on-premise Sense Enterprise June 2020. The GA connector is February 2019 and tests out OK:

Am I missing a setup step? Are there script templates that I can copy from instead of using the wizard?

I have experienced the same issue from time to time. Unfortunately a hard browser refresh is needed to correct. This undoes all of the input fields and is a bit of a pain.

I would consider opening a support case - perhaps @Patric_Nordstrom  can weigh in on this.

Martin.

Thanks, Martin. A hard refresh isn't working for me... I'll try the support route.

Did you find a solution for this issue?

@DavidVal : I found a script to use instead of the wizard (which just generates the script). This was for driving distance. I can try to dig it up for you if you'd like.

Make sure to use latest versions of the extensions and the geo server, Feb 2019 ia very old.

Thanks,

Patric

I noticed that this happens when you switch to a different  view (e.g. from the script editor to the sheet view). When you switch back to the script editor you are not able to use the wizard any more.

A simple workaround is avoiding to switch view in the same browser window. If you switch to a new window ("open in new tab") and you keep the script editor open, you can continue to use the wizard.
