How to link Picture on Geo Analytics on Server

Hi,

I am using Geo Analytics desktop and server.

In desktop '<img src='&image_path&' alt="Smiley face"  height="100" align="middle"">'

image_path  =  /Content/Default/Person/Asad.jpg   working is fine in { info bubble }.

I want to know the path on the Qliksense geo-analytics server where I place or put the required pictures.

also, want to know that can we add master item KPI's, chart and coordinate Location picture in info bubble property of bubble layer.

Regards,

Zain.

My understanding is that with the base Geo you can only link to URL images. With Geo Analytics Plus installed you are able to point to local files in a format like this

file:\\\C:\~~~file path and name

Hope this helps

Hi, there is no place for images on the QGA server. Another process on the same machine could of course be serving images. There is a setting in the QGA Server to accept local images, see this doc:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-GeoAnalytics-Documents/Qlik-GeoAnalytics-Server-settings/ta-p/149...

Overall, the rule to include images, the images *must* be visible from the QGA server.

To insert Sense charts in popups:

Thanks,
Patric

Hi,

I recommend using https for image reference, local file access rarely works.

Thanks,

Patric

I had done, "\Content\Default\Adeel.jpg", just I add pictures through the sense server from context libraries and done all, also create a new folder copy all pictures in a new folder and tested successfully.

Thanks,

Zain.
