I can't select GeoAnalytics Plus

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to select GeoAnalytics plus (June version) in Qlik Sense Server June but when I select it between cloud, custom, auto and plus, the connector didn't do anything after clicking Test Connection and stayed in yellow backgroun

Can anyone help me please.

‌Hi,

Ok, I would first double check that QGA extensions and connector is installed on the QS server.

And after that install QGA Plus, make sure java 64 bit is installed on the QS server.

Hi Patric,

i have the same issue on a customer enviroment that i follow.

May you suggest to me how can i check which path i enterend while installing QGA plus?

Untill some days ago, QGA was working with a custom connector with this address: https://ga.qlikcloud.com, but since a week ago, when i try Test connection on this address it replys to me with: Invalid url.

PS: im not talking about a QGA server installation, but only QGA Plus.

Hi, that sounds odd, I would reinstall QGA and QGA Plus to make sure. Thanks, Patric
