IP address lookup: coordinates and admin code

Qlik GeoAnalytics are switching to a new IP address lookup provider.
The new data contains more ip entries with City name but provides
no admin codes from the ip address lookup itself.

However there are still ways to retrieve the admin code or admin name (using location lookup).

example apps for how to do the lookups to retrieve both
