Invalid Key Error- Idevio Map for QlikSense Server

Hi,

I have installed Idevio map fro qlik sense. I have installed successfully and provided my QlikSense server key, but when I drag drop it, it gives me invalid key error. I tried again with cleaning cache but it didn't work. Please help.

Hi Saima,

Qlik geo analytics needs a licence key though it is a desktop version. If it's an enterprise version you can reach your support guys to get the key.

I am not sure whom I should contact for desktop version. Let me know if you come across anything.

Hi Kharthik,

thanks for your reply. I mentioned that I have provided my server license key during installation and also check in js file key is properly added. So now I don't know what's the problem. Also cleaned cache and refreshed my browser.

Hi Saima,

Sorry, I think you need a LEF - license key for desktop version.

Please reach out to your Qlik account representative and they will help you with an license and for partners there is a NFR license.

Do I need additional license for GeoAnalytics or I can use as a licensed server user? please explain little more. Thanks

Hi Saima,

Forget about your Qlikview/sense server key for now.

There is a separate key for Geo analytics server which you get from your sales rep. 

When you install the geo analytics connector setup, at the end it asks for geo analytics key. you have to enter your geo analytics key, not your qlik server key in that field.
