List not showing up

I have a list of Countries and ISO codes 

but when I try to imput them into a map in shows just Bulgaria and when I did count its shows 1. But when I use a filter it shows them all. What could be the issue?

Make sure the dimension is country or iso code, the dimension determines the number of points on the map.
