Multiple users on development server - only one gets maps shown in Qlikview app?

I'm having trouble getting maps to work, after upgrading to Qlikview 12 Desktop (April).

Only one of the admin accounts gets maps shown, when opening Qlikview applications containing these. Other Users, also administrators, get white boxes when in web view.

I have copied all data from the extensions folder, to the other user accounts.

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects\

This didn't help.

I also placed the Qlikview connector folder so all users on the terminal server has access to this.

Any ideas as of where to look for hints to troubleshoot this?

I would check the connectivity, does all accounts have access to https://maps.qlikcloud.com or to the local geo server  ?

Test with https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ravegeo/status should return "ok"

Thanks

Patric

An example of my current problem, is shown in the following screenshots.

Opening the same application, with two different users I have - both administrators on the server and opening the same installation of Qlikview desktop. One gets the map shown correctly, and the other just gets the Qlik in the corner.

Any ideas?

Yes, the /ravgeo/status returns an 'ok' for all users I've tested with.

https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ by itself doesn't give me anything but "This page can’t be displayed".

Ok, I would double check the extension folder path of the other users, sounds like the path is wrong.

The supported way is install QGA for every user instead of copying files.

Test with another extension, does that load properly?

I don't recommend QV desktop for multiple user with terminal server.

Thanks,

Patric

The two examples shown, are both my users, and I've just tried installing QGA as described in the documentation, for the user where it didn't work - and that's still the case, after installing with that user.
