Problem with Connector in Qlik sense server

Hello,

Recently we bought and started using the server version of qlik sense and GA in an enterprise level. I have uploaded several shps filesbefore in desktop mode and i know how to procede. However this new error pops up.

I got an example of both, one of local files and another one in dropbox. Anyone has an idea?

File access on servers can be tricky, normally servers are setup so that access is restricted.

For this setup connector + QGA Server: the QGA server and the service account should have access to drop for url access and access to the file share for file access.

There is a also QGA Server setting to allow file access:
