Hi, i have latitude and longitude information and need to roll it to regional level for UK. Can you please help me how can this be done?

What exactly are you trying to roll up? Are you trying to use the lat long to make a bubble layer? There are many ways of "rolling up" binning, area layer, etc. It may help if you describe what your end goal is?
