SaaS image on point layer doesn't work

Hello,

I tried to call an image with a URL inside a map point layer on Qlik Sense SaaS.

The url is working but the image is not visible.

I uploaded the image inside the Media App and with developer tool I retrieved the URL. The url is working and the host is the same of qlik sense tenant.

Hi Riccardo, 

Can you confirm that you've completed below steps?:

1) Add a point layer

2) Select your Point field with a Location

3) Go to Size & Shape. Set Shape to Image from URL. Past your URL in the Image field:

I tried with two tenant.

In my tenant is working, on customer's tenant no. I think there is some network policy settings. Can you advice to me where can I find some settings inside SaaS?

Ho Riccardo, 

I'm not aware of any network policy setting that can affect the display of images in a map in Qlik Saas. Are you sure you made the same steps in your own tenant? The AppId could be different and maybe some other parts of the URL as well.
