Sort by expression

i have created a calculated dimension.

how can us sort by expression for this calculated dimensio?

Original dimension is Product.

Calculated dimension is Product Category.

Elements in Product Category: Shirt, Trouser, Other.

while sorting i want to see these elements in below order:

Trouser

Shirt

Other.
