Transpose Row data to columns in Qlikview

I am attaching the image of what is needed. My month data would increase per month , so every time i have to add a column of that month rank.

Why not do this in the front end using a pivot table? Why do you wish to increase a column each month? Can become a maintenance nightmare

I tried doing it in pivot , Do i need to select the dimension or expression as the Month ?

Yes you need to use Month as your pivoted dimension. Or you can use a calculated dimension like this
