Using If condition in Bubble layer Add measure expression to change point color

HI all,

How can I set If condition in measure expression to can change point color ,I Set the point by using ID tab  Add dimension

"='['&LATITUDE&','&LONGITUDE&']'"

I used to use this expression in table when I need to change color of row "if((TYPE='New' )  ,rgb(67, 169, 0),rgb(254, 0, 0))"

Hi,

Layer properties->Appearance->Colors->Custom->By expression

Then enter the expression.
