cannot read geoJson file from geoAnalyticConnector

i'm trying to Grant permissions to read local files to the keys, i'm in the admin GUI and i cant see there Access Module > Multialiases, i can see under Access Module only: documentation/ logs/ keys/ groups.

what can i do instead?

my full issue:

i located my goejson file under "C:\Users\qv\GeoData\NGV.geojson"

i added in geoAnalytics server "databasesaccess" in the file "C:\ProgramData\Qlik GeoAnalytics Server\server3\modules\webmap5\config\WebMap5Module.xml", and restarted the server.

in the goeAnalyticsConnector i entered url = 'lib://C:/Usersqv/GeoData/NGV.geojson'

and still get - "invalid url"

can you please guide me how to handle this issue?
