create an area layers based on the lat long and given radius

Dear All,

I have a scenario where I need to create an area Layers based on the given lat, long and given radius as a zone. in the second layer I have the point layers as tower location lat long and hight of the tower. 

we need to find out whether towers lat long fall under the zone or not and hight of the tower is as per the norm or not. if it's as per the norm it should be indicated as green otherwise red. 

kindly help me understand how I can achieve this

Can be done with GeoOperations or the GeoAnalytics connector.

1. Use the TravelArea operation with "Bird" as transportation mode, will create circles.

2. Use the Within operation to calculate which points fall within the circles.
