"Error: The key has expired." in less than a month.

My developed QlikSense application embedded with Idevio GeoAnalytics maps are facing license key issue. We purchased the license last month, but right now all map extensions on the sheets are displaying the message "Error: The key has expired.", few days backs there was no issue.
I'll be raising the issued with the sales support team. Please let me know, is there any way to find out what is the expiration date for the purchased QlikSense Idevio maps license.
