What are most useful dashborads for health industry... can we discuss here based on your experiences?
I think, in Spain, the first analisys a public hospital needs is the activity analisys. This is because they have to report to the governament, and the governament pays to the hospital based on the treated patiens and on their diagnosys.
Afetr the activity, they can link the patients with their cost and they have a cost analisys. lso the quality analitics like waiting queue are very important.
